As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with some of our largest customers in Florida to guide them with product onboarding, build advocacy and understanding of the GroPatients™ platform, and implement initiatives that will expand usage of GroPatients™ within their channels.
The Customer Success Manager position is a high-profile, customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management and project management skills. Collaboration across our different markets and business functions is essential for success within this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive growth: Focus on profitable growth and retention of Florida based healthcare companies.
- Strategy development and execution: Work with cross functional teams, product and marketing and with our partners to develop strategies for growth and own the end to end execution of new initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Will roll up sleeves, write a doc, test a flow, talk to customers, and do what it takes to create the right customer experience.
- Operates from a place of extreme ownership and high individual execution.
- Cross functional collaboration: work across multiple teams within GroPatients™ to monitor and improve performance of customer accounts.
- Embark on self-learning to ensure you understand the sectors within which our customers operate and any regulatory implications.
- Partnership Excellence: Collaborate externally with marquee partners to develop custom, scalable integrations that align with their unique needs while supporting the GroPatients™ mission and objectives.
- Driving towards Metrics: Identify the metrics that matter and the inputs into affecting those while providing a roadmap and perspective into timeline for affecting those metrics.
- Autonomous Innovation & Planning: Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where ambiguity is a constant.
- Be responsible for Quarterly, Bi-Annual, Annual, and Budget planning processes.
- Senior Leader Interaction: Interact effectively with senior leaders both internally and externally, presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of customer service and management experience
- Experience working with external partners and customers while being an ambassador of your company and company’s brand
- Familiarity considering and building within customer ecosystems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience
- An obsession for getting the details right
- Comfortable in a startup organization
- Strong proficiency in Google workspace apps including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Slack
- Experience in working with Salesforce CRM
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer research
- Solid familiarity with payments, commerce, healthtech or b2b2c models.
- Bonus points for direct experience with healthcare
- Experience of working in a regulated environment in the US
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, domestically for customers and team meetings

Employees new to GroPatients™ typically come in at the start of the pay range. GroPatients™ focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
US On Target Earnings per year: $73,550 – $89,750

Employees in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned GroPatients™ office. A limited number of roles remain office-based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
